A. THE CIVIC is a 100% smoke-free and drug-free environment. All forms of tobacco use, including cigarettes, cigars, smokeless/spit tobacco, vaping, etc. are prohibited. Smoking is not permitted within ten (10) feet of the front entrances or exits of the building.

A: The Civic does not provide on-site parking. All parking is limited to available street parking in the surrounding area. Guests are responsible for complying with all applicable parking regulations, including but not limited to avoiding yellow-marked curbs, driveways, fire lanes, and private lots. The Civic shall not be held liable for any fines, towing, or other consequences resulting from improper or unlawful parking.
